So when the employees fell happy do their job it also increase their performance towards work (Judge, 2001). The safety of work environment is very important such as the employee's workstation that needs to consider because it was a place where the employees always be. For example the workstation including furniture, tools, control panels and others items to performing work. The working environment including lighting, temperature, noise and others. There has been their interaction between both of them because when physical demands of work increase, the risk of injury also increase simultaneously. Workplace safety is about preventing injury and illness to employees in the workplace.
