Meanwhile the ranking for employee' s performance was measured based on the scale high, medium and lower. The subjects were the staffs of HRPZ II among non-clinical support staff which as a sample population. The data collected then analyzed using SPSS software. The result found that all the variables were reliable and significantly related between two variables.
