Other than that, this study was to identify the relationship for each rating errors towards performance appraisal. The questionnaires was using as a method in conducting this study. The questionnaires has been distributed randomly to the respondent who working in Management Services Division in SUK Perak. About 100 respondents have answered the questionnaires.
