For this purpose, the scope of this research was the supporting staffs in Kolej Poly-Tech Mara Kuantan, Pahang. The data of this study were gathered through the distribution of questionnaires and used sampling random technique from the total population in selected unit. The data collected were analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 21.0. The finding show there was a strong relationship between performance appraisals toward employees' satisfaction.
