الملخص: | The concept of time management is a behaviour to achieve the economical use If time and related to certain purposeful activities. Employees need to know how to manage their time management in order to help improving their job performance. This research investigates the relationship between time management and job performance toward support staff at Hospital Jengka, Pahang. The scope of this study were limited which is only focused on the support staff at Hospital Jengka, Pahang. This research focus on how the support staff can manage their time to achieve a good performance. Time management helps improve employees productivity, makes jobs easier, employees will perfom 1 tasks efficiently, helps employees attain the necessary tasks and finally to record and guide the organizations toward achieving its goals. This study was conducted on the support staff at Hospital Jengka, Pahang. Using data from a survey questionnaire of 44 respondents, results shows that there is a positive moderate relationship between time management and job performance which is 0.58. These results shows that Hospital Jengka need to take initiatives which is give any training to their support staff so that they more alert with the importance of managing their time well and the job performance can be improved. |
