Besides that 70 questionnaires have been distributed among the staff to achieve the study objectives. The data collected are then analyzed by using SPSS program. The results found that all the variables are reliable and significantly affected the relationship between the two variables. It was also found that the work environment is the most elements that affect the job performance.
