总结:The objectives of this study to investigate the relationship between the independent variables (green office environmental awareness and attitude) and the dependent variables (employee productivity). This research examines the relationship between green office environmental awareness and attitude towards employee productivity and performance. This research was conducted at Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur City Centre which covered 100 employees from Human Resource department as respondent from a various position. The sample was drawn using simple random sampling method. Data were obtained by distribution and collection of the returned questionnaires and then analysed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The instrument for this study is questionnaire that consists of four sections where highlighted about demographic profile, the respondent green environmental awareness, respondent attitude towards green office and respondents productivity based on the green office practice. Two hypotheses were proposed in the study were both of them had proven to have a significant effects on this research conducted. The first hypothesis is there is a significant relationship between Green Office Environment awareness with employee productivity and the second hypothesis concluded that there is a significant relationship between Green Office Environment attitudes with employee productivity.
