Description
Summary:As the human population grows, so does the demand for affordable low-cost housing. Currently, the most common location to reside in the contemporary society is an apartment or small structure. A tiny house or apartment has a restricted living space problem, which prompted the development of multifunctional furniture to address the problem. The goal of this research is to create a real product based on a slim and simple side table concept, as well as to give feedback analysis from correspondents on product aspects via a research survey. The data was gathered using a series of questionnaires issued to 250 respondents from various gender, age, profession, and housing type categories. The evaluation was based on raw material qualities, design, marketing, and customer satisfaction. Reliability analysis, demographic analysis, descriptive analysis, comparative analysis, and correlation analysis were used to evaluate the data. According to the findings, overall respondents were more concerned with product satisfaction. Improvements in design and raw materials are required for greater user acceptability.
