This study adopts a qualitative design, which is an argumentative type of research. The thematic research method is being used to collect data in conducting this study. This type of design will be used when the researcher uses the older article and journal to fitid tile most expected competency skills needed by fresh graduates from employer expectations. This study also used and depended on secondary data.
