Summary:This study was undertaken to understand the relationship between perception of organizational justice and organizational commitment among employees in Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) in Sabah branches. The independent variables are dimensions of organizational justice which are distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice while the dependent variable is organizational commitment. This study used convenient sampling technique. The data were analyzed using several statistical analyses including factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regressions analysis. Distributive justice has positive and significant relationship with organizational commitment but procedural justice and interactional justice have insignificant relationship with organizational commitment. The result of this study proves that the perception of organizational justice among employees in Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia is moderate to organizational commitment. The finding of this study provides the managers in Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia with ways to increase the employees' commitment towards the organization
