Data collection will be conduct through administration of survey questionnaires and a total of 225 had participated in this research. Based on the statistical result, need for achievement, locus of control, innovativeness and proactiveness are supported the hypothesis. However, managerial skills and risk taking had no relationships with the enterprise success performance.
