In the reviewed studies, search engines of Emerald and Springerlink is applicable as most common search engines subscribed by Unima;) Focus of the paper type is research papers from year 2006 until year 2011 . Amongst entries produced by these search engines, only 25 journals are considered most relevant to academic purposes by researcher. The highlight in the review studies is fonnation of different kind ofdiversity, methodologies applied, theories used and geographical distribution. Moreover, gaps and challenges of diversity studies also under review. Results of the research review had answered objectives for the research.
