Summary:This research mainly studies the relationship between motivation factors (job security, advancement, company, its policy and administration, salary, the work itself, direct superior, social aspects of work, communication, working conditions, and employee benefits) with employee motivation. Also, it studies the comparison of motivation levels according to the selected demographic characteristics (age, gender, marital status, race, salary level, years of service) in Fung Hap Construction. In addition to that, the scope of study is to determine the ranking of ten motivating factors and determine its relationship with employee motivation.
