| الملخص: | The study was conducted to examine the effectiveness of the management of the gallery monument replica mosques in the delivery of knowledge to visitors. The method used is quantitative. Questionnaires were distributed to visitors as many as 100 pieces of Taman Tamadun Islam, Terengganu. The results of the questionnaire data were analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 23. The findings showed still less effective knowledge delivery to the customer. Overall, the effectiveness of the management of the monument gallery located at an intermediate stage which is very satisfying. Researchers discuss this research and suggest improvements to the management of the gallery to achieve the research objectives. |
