The results of the questionnaire data were analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 23. The findings showed still less effective knowledge delivery to the customer. Overall, the effectiveness of the management of the monument gallery located at an intermediate stage which is very satisfying. Researchers discuss this research and suggest improvements to the management of the gallery to achieve the research objectives.
