These factors were age, sex, marital status, academic qualification, professional qualification, teaching experience and income. Job satisfaction factors such as present state of job, income, promotion perspective, supervision, peer assistance and the job in general were also studied. 92 respondents representing 89.3% of the total population of secondary school religious teachers in the district were involved the study.
