Summary: | Our divine Islamic law organized family ties and relationships as a source of education, happiness and success. In Islam, the importance of the family is paramount, since family is the real school for education and ethics and Islamic society derives its viability from families and mosques. The good family makes good society, and the family plays an important role in the social progress and development. That is why particular attention was given to the family in Islam. This Research aims to show the divine guidelines in the Holy Quran and the Noble Prophetic Sunna Through Jami’ at-Tirmidhi Interpretation Sections, in order to contribute to the stability and the continuity of the Muslim Family. The Research has also as objective to develop a modern scientific vision which reflects the importance of the family relationships in the light of the Holy Quran and the Noble Prophetic Sunna. This research unveiled major problems concerning the lack of any specialized study on family relationships through Jami’ at-Tirmidhi Interpretation Sections and enriched the Islamic library with reliable, serious and fruitful study, in order to show how Holy Quran and Noble Prophetic Sunna paid particular attention to family relations through Jami’ at-Tirmidhi. To achieve the objectives of this research, inductive and analytical approaches were used. The researcher concluded that many Quranic verses and Prophet’s Hadiths had established rules for ties and relationships between the members of the Muslim family, including the rules set out in Jami’ at-Tirmidhi Interpretation Sections, and that the Holy Quran and the Noble Prophetic Sunna are filled with family cases and problems and how to face and overcome them in light of the Quranic principles and Prophet’s guidance. |
