The survey questions will be distributed to 30 arabic tourists randomly via electronic medium. Researcher found at the end of this study that the needs of Arab tourists at the hotel are fluent hotel workers who can speak Arabic fluently, provide wuduk place in the bathroom and display halal certificates at the hotel's restaurant to avoid the suspicion of arabic tourists. There are deficiencies in the hotel such as lack of facilities such as swimming pools for men and women and mixing of halal and illegal restaurants, the hotel does not provide religious amenities such as the Quran, sejadah and miswak and does not provide qiblah direction in the hotel room. The the provision of tourism applications for the mobile phones in Kuala Lumpur, the assistance of tour guide services and the provision of Arabic language signage at the hotel's main facilities are the needs of Arab travelers.
