| 總結: | Tahaluf al-Siyasi (Political Alliance) between the political parties in Malaysia emerged as a means of their methods to achieve their own political purposes and influence. Hizb al-Tahrir (Malaysia) criticized Tahaluf Siyasi’s legitimacy and considered it forbidden. From this point, this research comes and introduces the concept of Tahaluf Siyasi that occurs specifically between the Islamic parties and non-Islamic parties in Malaysia, analysis of its provisions, and its compatibility with Islamic values. The research shall conduct Qualitative by Personel interview with experts in the field of Islamic politics in Malaysia, with reference to sources and reading the documentations on the subject. Research finding indicates the that the correct theory of Tahaluf Siyasi is relying on the principle of Hilf al-Fudhul, not al Isti’anah bi al-Kuffar. The researcher formulated rules for Tahaluf Siyasi, restricted to two main rules; “Not endanger supremacy of Islamic” and “to achieve the interest of public and protect against any hamfull” , to be political parties in their Tahaluf Siyasi activities. |
