If we look at the city's society at that time, we find the religious, ethnic and cultural differences between the different sectors of the society and its components, and this did not prevent the rights of all citizens from Muslims and non-Muslims without discrimination. The reality of Muslims today faces great challenges, among which are the subject of citizenship rights and duties. It is necessary to refer to the fundamentals of our religion and apply them as applied by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with the citizens of Medina. They are the best proof of citizenship and promotion, and do not forget that time is back as it was. they are the homes of Muslims teeming with religious, ethnic and cultural diversity, why not apply what is stated in the Koran and the biography of the Prophet peace be upon him and give everyone has the right! The researcher will use descriptive, deductive and inductive methods, study the Surat and extract verses that determine the rights of citizenship, such as the right to worship, the right to human dignity, the right to private property and the right to justice and equality, and the duties of citizenship as obedience to the guardian of virtue. Enhancements are methods of good citizenship that the researcher will draw from the Sortaine to support citizenship rights and duties, and show the true image of Islam to the world. The UAE has proved to be a model of citizenship and coexistence among the spectrum of society. It embraces more than two hundred nationalities living in harmony, enjoying their rights, performing their duties, and promoting integration.
