study is conducted by using qualitative approach. There were three married female
teachers chosen as sample of this study by using purposive sampling based on their
criteria. Interview was conducted and the data was transcript into words. The data was
analyzed by using thematic analysis. The themes for this study were understanding
life experience of being a teacher, understanding life experience of marriage and total
experience of being married female teacher. The data found that teacher have
optimistic view on their life experience of being married female teacher because all
teachers were interviewed shows positive aspect including the challenges faced by the
teachers. Based on this study, several implications and suggestions have been
discussed in this study. |
