Description
Summary:This comparative descriptive research discussed; Interpretive increased the path of Ibn al-Jawzi and editor al-Wajeez by Ibn Attia. The research problem crystallized in the lack of comparative studies in interpretation between the schools of the East and the Maghreb, although each interpreter has a method and choices, so that the comparison is useful in developing a comprehensive interpretation of the two schools, which contributes to understanding the Book of God Almighty. Therefore, the aim of the research is to analyze the origins and methods of comparative interpretation, and to discuss its importance in contemporary studies, diagnose the parameters of the interpretation of the path increased and the interpretation of the brief editor. Finally, a comparison of the aspects of agreement and disagreement among the commentators in Surat An-Nisa and Al-Ma’idah. The researcher adopted the descriptive, inductive, analytical, and comparative method. The search findings showed: The abundance of knowledge of the commentators Ibn al-Jawzi and Ibn Attia, according to the testimony of many scholars. Imam Ibn Attiyah was influenced by those who preceded him in the interpretation, but he often contradicted and criticized, so he singled out the method that he had set for himself, which combines investigation, accuracy and brevity. Ibn Attia was one of the Maliki imams and a jurist of their greatest jurists. The two approaches to interpretation were similar to the maxim when they relied on the texts of revelation and the news of the companions and followers in the interpretation of the meanings of the verses. Ibn al-Jawzi combined the aphorism and the opinion. As for Ibn Attia, he used to multiply the possibilities on which the verse could be carried, resorting to language a lot. Ibn al-Jawzi dealt with rhetorical and rhetorical methods in his interpretation, and his citation of poetry. Ibn Attia was interested in language, grammar, vocabulary meanings, articulation of words, and derivation of derivatives. Ibn al-Jawzi believes that restricting oneself to the ten readings is more appropriate, On the other hand, Ibn Atiyah paid special attention to the readings, as he deliberately included all the readings, so his interpretation came as a collection of readings of all kinds. Ibn Al-Jawzi has emerged in his discussion of the jurisprudence rulings contained in the verses, while Ibn Atiyah narrated in his interpretation the sayings of Maliki scholars on jurisprudential issues, and he also presented the jurisprudence of jurists from other schools of thought.
