Summary:The major aim of this study is to analyze the level of school administration in basic education schools in North Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The study also aimed at measuring the relationship of school administration to the development of creative skills in the research population. The problem of the study is reflected in the lack of creative creativity in the basic education schools in North Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach associated with the application of the questionnaire for data collection in the field was used with the sample size =n(174). The data and information were collected from in the research population through the questionnaire that was rated by the respondents. The reliability of the questionnaire was measured using the Alpha Kronbach equation. The results of the study indicate that school administration is characterized by positive in the management of school work and that the school administration is not characterized by boldness in expressing the opinion and not surrender to failure in many cases. The results also indicated the great interest of teachers by the school administration in developing creative skills and encouraging creativity and innovation; The attention to students here through the attention to teachers and encourage them to use different methods and methods of teaching. However, the administration has proven weak in providing teachers and students with opportunities to develop their creative skills. The correlation results also showed that the higher the performance school administration in the creativity, the higher the level of development of creative skills, and vice versa; the lower the performance of school administration in the creativity reflect the low level of development of creative skills. The study recommended providing material resources for a suitable and attractive school environment, applying clear-cut law to produce new ideas and introducing initiatives that help free work, thinking, innovation and developing creative skills for teachers and students.
