Summary:The current study aims to investigate the relationship between supervisory skills and organizational commitment among workers in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the industrial sector in the Gaza Strip, and then test the impact of perceived supervisory support on the relationship between both of them; In regard to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the quantitative approach through designing the questionnaire with a purpose of collecting the required data. The study population consists of 25,620 workers, and the questionnaire was filled out by a stratified random sample of 450 workers taken from different industrial sectors. The data was analyzed through multiple regression (SPSS), then the two-stage structural equation modelling (SEM) using (confirmatory factor analysis), and structural model analysis to measuring the validity and consistency of the questionnaire and after that testing the hypotheses of the study, using the SmartPLS program. The study reveals that the organizational commitment is related positively with supervisory skills, represented in: (emotional intelligence, productive efficiency, communication and communication, and work ethics), respectively, and perceived supervisory support contributes to developing a positive relationship between (communication, and work ethics) and organizational commitment among workers. While it is related a negative relationship between (emotional intelligence, and productive efficiency) and organizational commitment among workers. Accordingly, the study suggests some recommendations, the most important of them is: the necessity of supervisors to taking care of workers in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and appreciating their efforts, as it has a profound impact on workers' awareness of this interest, and increasing the level of their organizational commitment.
