From this standpoint, the study aimed to determine the size of the effect of job satisfaction as a mediating factor between organizational citizenship behavior and organizational creativity. In order to achieve this; A descriptive and analytical approach was used for its suitability for this study, and a questionnaire was developed consisting of (75) items distributed on the dimensions of the main axes of: organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction, and organizational creativity. The study population consists of employees at the Office of the Minister of State in Dhofar Governorate. Their number is (3483). The study used a random sample of (400) individuals. By (11%) due to the large size of the study population, and the number of questionnaires valid for statistical treatment (371); With a percentage (10%) of the study population, and (93%) of the questionnaires that were distributed to the study sample, and the scale was designed based on some previous studies, and it was subjected to several statistical tests to ensure its ability to measure the study relationships. Such as the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, down to the use of the Structural Equation Modeling (AMOS) method. The study found a set of results, the most important of which were: Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on organizational creativity, and the presence of a positive effect of organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction. The value of the path coefficient is equal to (0.71) and it is positively oriented. In addition, the job satisfaction factor partially mediates the relationship between the behavior of organizational citizenship and organizational creativity.
