Summary:This study, entitled "Attitudes of Elites in Using Interactive Media, and Their Role in Promoting Government Directions in the United Arab Emirates: An Empirical Study on the Twitter Platform", aims to identify the attitudes of different Emirati elites in using the "Twitter" platform, and to identify the most important motives behind this. Use from the perspective of the principles of "Social Responsibility Theory", in addition to identifying the quality of the active and influential Emirati elites and promoting the most important contents and issues with which they interact to serve the community. Through an intentional sample, consisting of (12 individuals) who were selected from the study population, during the period from October 2021 to April 2022, and According to the mechanism used in analyzing qualitative data, using the method of objective analysis, by coding and classification in order to reach the most important concepts, a set of important results were revealed, the most important of which is the compatibility of the theory of social responsibility in a large way with the concepts of the study, and that "social issues" are considered basic for all elites, And that the concept of "quality of digital communication" is the most prevalent concept in the results of the study, and this is a natural and justified matter, in the improve of the digital progress that the country is experiencing as a way of quality of life, in addition to the agreement that the "Twitter" platform is the official and direct interactive platform between the government and the people, which contributed to Creating role models from the elites, whose trends represent an important source of influence and change. The study also shows the ability and distinction of combining “elite trends, interactive media and government trends” in one place, which made it one of the modern studies in the method of subtraction.
