Summary:This study aims to know about the role of electronic training and its requirements in occupational development of Al-Batinah North Governorate’s female teachers of the first field, as well as studying the obstacles of electronic training application in the Educational Training Center of Al-Batinah North Governorate. The problem of current study is represented in comprehensiveness weakness of direct training for annually increasing numbers of teachers in the Governorate. In addition, many female teachers complained from the long distance between their residency and training locations, which resulted a decline in female trainees number. Accordingly, this issue requires a further investigating and searching for new methods and systems of training for the first-field female teachers, as well as occupationally developing them in order to make use of electronic training as a way out of this dilemma. The researcher adopted a descriptive analytical approach by using a questionnaire as a method of collecting information from study sample of (203) first-field female teachers in Al-Batinah North Governorate and (28) workers from the Educational Training Center of Al-Batinah North Governorate during the academic year 2017 / 2018. The Questionnaire reliability was measured by Alpha Cronbach's coefficient. The study results indicated to the necessity of putting measured for electronic training quality insurance and making a vision for its application. The study showed that the most prominent obstacle of electronic training is lake of equipped halls by the required equipment for electronic training, as well as high expenses of electronic training application software and lack of motivation among electronic learners. The study recommended spreading the culture of electronic training by the available channels and means in the school environment, putting a vision for electronic training application based on suitable scientific-skillful clear standards for the technical and scientific levels of teachers, and creating a website to allow communication with teachers to during their continuous learning.
