| 總結: | The study aimed to identify the effects of functional ethics in the fight against administrative corruption in the Sultanate of Oman، as ethics play an important role in the lives of people of different races and places of existenc,، religions and the philosophies being adopted. The study also aimed to investigate the manifestations of administrative corruption in the Ministry of Housing in the Sultanate of Oman and identify its negative effects on the society and ways of reducing and addressing them as soon as possible. The researcher limited the study population to some employees of the Ministry of Housing in the Sultanate of Oman، and some Omani citizens and those receiving services from these ministries. A total of 550 questionnaire sets were
distributed and 400 of those sets were retrieved for analysis. The evidence collected through the study tool was processed using the Social Science Statistics Package (SPSS) and Smart PLS to test the hypotheses. The researcher used descriptive analysis in the study, and used the arithmetic mean، standard deviations، the Alpha Cronbach test for certification، and the Likert scale to classify the responses. The study found that the functional ethics، their importance، and their relation to social responsibility, are more common among males in the middle-age (41-50) with higher qualifications among the specialized employees in the Ministry of Housing in the Sultanate of Oman. |
