Description
Summary:The study aimed to identify the impact of social and administrative relations on orientations towards job turnover, through a field study on job turnover at Axon Company, Abu Dhabi. The study model included the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable through the intermediate variable. The independent variable in the study is the Social and Administrative Relations; the dependent variable is Employee Turnover, while the intermediate variable is the Orientations. The study tool was the questionnaire which was distributed by the researcher toa random sample of (261) individuals from the employees of Axon Company. The researcher used (SPSS) and (AMOS) programs. The descriptive analytical method has been used, as well as the quantitative method; moreover, the researcher used the theory of human relations, the theory of bureaucratic regulations, and the theory of "Abraham Maslow" of needs. The study reached many results, the most important of which was that the ratio of the focus of the researchers in the study society on the dimensions that have been used in measuring and evaluating the impact of social and administrative relations on job turnover was acceptable. This aspect received a great deal of attention from the researchers, as it affects their work directly at the material and moral level, both in the current situation and in the future. The results of the study also demonstrated the diversity of social relationships that affect job turnover to include (cooperation, respect, intolerance, competition and conflict, friendliness, appreciation). While the focus of administrative relationships affects job turnover swells in several dimensions (work pressures, management justice, lack of motivation, low job satisfaction). But this relationship between the independent and the dependent variable is influenced by another variable, the orientations of the individual.
