Summary:This study examines the impact of the training, motivation and job satisfaction system on developing the job performance of workers in the United Arab Emirates. It also examines the relationship and the impact of training, motivation and job satisfaction on workers in Al Ain Municipality, and whether there are differences due to the variables (gender, number of years of experience, academic qualification and management). The researcher adopts a descriptive analytical approach, and the study community reaches 2161 employees. A sample is chosen—a random sample representing all employees in Al Ain Municipality, and it is calculated using the Krejcie & Morgan table. The number is 326. The researcher develops a questionnaire consisting of 66 phrases distributed over four axes (training system, motivation system, job satisfaction system and job performance). The study concluded several results; the most important of which concerning the level of availability of the training variable in Al Ain Municipality from the point of view of its employees. It reached 3.58 at an average level, and the level of availability of the motivation variable in Al Ain Municipality from the point of view of the workers reached its arithmetic mean of 2.65 at medium level. The job satisfaction variable in Al Ain Municipality from the point of view of its employees reached 3.02 at a medium level. Regarding the job performance variable level, it reached its average sense of 3.83 at a high level. The results of the study showed a positive relationship for the variables training, motivation and job satisfaction on the development of job performance for workers in Al Ain Municipality. ), and finally job satisfaction (0.839). Furthermore, the study recommended, that Al Ain Municipality reviews all job descriptions, reformulate job tasks to be more appropriate to the nature of each employee’s work, and link those tasks with training needs and with the content of training materials.
