| Summary: | The subject of this research is about a new interpretation to the book "Irshad Al- Hayran ela Tawjihat Al-Quran" written by Shekh Ahmed Abdulsalam Abi Muzairik (2010) who is one of the modem scholars in Libya. This is the first complete interpretation in Libya for Qura'an which took twenty years for writing this book so that it was a comprehensive interpretation for the meanings of words and expressions, rhetorical interpretive guidance and directives. Based on that, this researcher conducted this study entitled "Shekh Abi Muzairik wa Manhajeh fi Tafsirih Irshad al- Hayran ela Tawjihat Al-Quran". The study also discussed the efforts of other scholars in interpreting the holly Qura'an. The problem of this study is about the approach followed by Shekh Abi Muzairik in the interpretation and to the extent of some subjects associated about his views such as his opinion from Sunnah, and whether he followed the path of previous interpreters or was against them, and what was his approach in his book?, and did he pledge to this approach? And from these two questions a sub-question: Who is Shekh Abi Muzairik and what is his scientific rank among contemporary scholars. This study aims to discuss the movement of interpretation in Libya in the past and present, and to introduce Shekh Abi Muzairik as well as studying his views in explanatory discussion to review the most important cases in which differing the views of interpreters. The researcher used different methodologies that are suitable for the current study. The researcher selected the historical method in tracking the movement of interpretation in Libya, and the inductive approach to explore the opinions and views of Shekh Abi Muzairik as well to extrapolate the views of Shekh Abi Muzairik in his interpretation, and the deductive approach to deduce each issue discussed by researcher in the study of "Guiding the mystified to the directives of Qura'an" and the descriptive approach to study and analyze the words of his book and different matters covered by the researcher. The results of the study shows there was a scientific activities in forensic science such as Sharia and the interpretation of Qura'an in particular in Libya in the past, but these activities has stopped and back again. In addition to that, the study concluded that Shekh Abi Muzairik has affected so much in his interpretations by the school of modem thoughts and he did not deny the writings of Sunnah but he deals with these writings as the followers of modem thoughts school. The study recommended an in-depth discussions of studies about the interpretation of Qura'an and urge other research to focus on that, also the researcher suggest to renovate the interpretation of Qura’an and follow his approach for presenting the Islamic doctrine. |
