spelling my-usim-ddms-131212024-05-29T05:37:41Z الذكاء العاطفي وأثره على الأداء الوظيفي لدى مديري دوائر وزارة التربية والتعليم في سلطنة عمان حمد بن عبدالله بن مصبح بن راشد المخمري Hamed ibn Abdullah ibn Musabah ِAl-Makhmari This study aimed to knowing the emotional intelligence levels and functionality for managers in management departments of Ministry of Education in Sultanate of Oman,detecting the effect of emotional intelligence on functionality for the same previous sample,in addition to detecting Semantic differences in emotional intelligence levels and functionality as their changes in their social life and years of experience.Researcher based on descriptive approach through emotional intelligence application and functionality questionnaire on 86 managers in management departments on Ministry of Education in Sultanate of Oman and using (SPSS) program for data analysis: this study showed in its results high results of emotional intelligence and functionality for this sample,also detecting the effect of emotional intelligence on functionality for managers in management departments of Ministry of Education in Sultanate of Oman.This study not showed difference between male and female on the emotional intelligence general levels and functionality but for private level,it showed high performance for male: this didn’t show any difference in emotional intelligence levels and functionality between managers in management departments of Ministry of Education in Sultanate of Oman in accordance to their years of experience.The study recommended to keep going on training and rehabilitation plan for managers in management departments of Ministry of Education in Sultanate of Oman, because of its effect on raising level of performance for emotional intelligence levels and functionality and insert emotional intelligence standard in annual evaluation for managers in management departments of Ministry of Education in Sultanate of Oman.
