Summary:The study aims to measure the degree of school management's commitment to strategic management standards and their relationship to job satisfaction in North Batinah schools in the Sultanate of Oman and the problem of the study lies in the absence of adherence to strategic management standards, which has adversely affected job satisfaction in North Batinah schools in the Sultanate of Oman The study highlighted the degree of adherence to school management standards for school management and its relationship to job satisfaction in the North Al Batinah governorate of the Sultanate of Oman. The study followed the analytical descriptive curriculum to describe and analyze the degree of the school administration's adherence to strategic management standards and its relationship to job satisfaction in North Batinah schools in the Sultanate of Oman. The sample of the study was made up of staff working in North Batinah schools in the Sultanate of Oman. The number of employees is 327; The non-caste random method was chosen. After ascertaining the apparent honesty, the apparent truthfulness, and the authenticity of the 72-paragraph resolution content, it was distributed to the target study sample. The researcher used advanced statistical methods in conducting this study such as the Alpha Chropnagus coefficient computational averages and standard deviation, multiple regression analysis, exploratory factor analysis, The researcher has tested the internal consistency of the scale used by the alpha coefficient And the result of the analysis showed the quality of the scale, where the total alpha coefficient value reached 0.936 which means that the degree of trust and credibility in the study axes indicates the quality of the scale and its validity for use in conducting scientific research. The study found a number of findings, including a statistical correlation between evaluation and job satisfaction in schools in the northern Batinah governorate of the Sultanate of Oman. The results of the study also showed that there are statistically significant differences between males and females in employees' commitment to formulating strategic objectives and their relationship to job satisfaction. There is also an impact on the degree to which the school administration adheres to strategic management standards and relates to job satisfaction in North Batinah schools in the Sultanate of Oman. In the light of these findings, the researcher has made some recommendations, including the need to continue searching for the reasons and motives that lead to the realization of the school administration's commitment to the formulation of strategic objectives, The study also recommended that a successful experience, in particular Qatari schools or Malaysian schools, should be used, tested and applied in order to emphasize job satisfaction in North Batinah schools in the Sultanate of Oman and emphasizing the role of motivation in formulating strategic objectives to prevent adverse impact on job satisfaction in North Batinah governorate schools, This contributes to modifying the formulation of strategic objectives in working towards job satisfaction.
