Learning techniques evolve very quickly, taking benefit of technology evolution, increased education productivity, student interaction, and educational institutions tended to find effective ways to help students learn more flexibly. The study aims to discuss the impact of communication and its impediments on the school communication environment, explicitly examining the obstacles to educational communication between teachers and students. The main objective is to discuss the impact of using new media communication in the school environment. The effects on female teachers' using the technologies as means of communication are also included. Besides, this study identifies obstacles that impede the educational communication environment between the teachers and the students. The individual differences and their relationship with the usage of new media of communication and educational technologies are also examined. In doing so, the study employs both qualitative and quantitative approach. The quantitative approach refers to the survey, and the qualitative refers to the interviews. The survey involves 297 female students from the two schools (Al-Asayel and Al-Mawaheb), and 38 teachers from the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The interviews involve fifteen respondents from three schools (Al-Dhabianiyya, Al-Asayel and Al-Mawaheb). The survey analysis includes SPSS-25 in identifying the effects of using educational technologies and means of communication in the school communication environment. The findings revealed a positive effect, preferring the lessons that use educational techniques and modern means of communication. However, educational technologies and modern communication are found incompatible with the school curricula, thus, constitutes challenges among them. It includes exhaustiveness, hindering the learning process and creativity. The schools lack specialized employee working to register students on the various platforms. It led to slow and reluctance by some students in the communication process, which does not achieve results. The study revealed the relationship among the intelligence level of students, distinguished in solving problems and open-mindedness. They spent more time dealing with educational technologies and modern means of communication. The study suggested the necessity of activating the electronic archiving of students', teachers' and female teachers' files in school. It is meant for instant references whenever the files are needed. The modern means of communication provided obstacles faced by the teachers in classrooms. At the same time, educational technologies and modern means of communication give the best solutions for them. |
