Summary:This study examined the effect of organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable on organizational justice and strategic management in achieving excellence in performance among private school teachers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The study included two independent variables, namely organizational justice and strategic management. The study also adopted the philosophy of effective management derived from the scientific management theory of the scientist Frederick Taylor (1911),and the questionnaire was approved with modification, which was designed by Al-Qawasmeh and Al-Biruni (2013), where the study used the survey through a random sample of (315) respondents from the middle school in private schools in the Emirate of Dubai to answer the research questions, so the collected data were analyzed by extracting averages and multiple regression analysis, and the study used structural engineering modeling to reveal the relationships between the underlying variables using the Smart Plus program, and the results indicated that there is an impact relationship of organizational justice on Excellence in performance by 17%, while strategic management had a significant impact of 51%, and organizational citizenship behavior on excellence was 33%, supported by the effect of the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, which amounted to 52%, while the effect of religious motivation on excellence In performance, it was 31%. Therefore, organizational justice is the least affecting variable on performance excellence, by adding religious motivation to organizational justice, the percentage of influence on excellence in performance rises to 65% , Therefore, the study recommends strengthening the system of material and moral incentives, and recommends drawing up a modern strategy under the supervision of government agencies, and focusing on the influences on teachers' creativity such as religious commitment and religious culture.
