However, despite the presence of these rules in compilations and collections, some are not applied correctly. Hence, the problem of the study is formed, which lies in balancing the two principles of precaution and accesses. Despite their close connection, the principles are of opposite bases as matters excluded from the rule of precaution are included in the rule of facilitation as well as their applications in suspicions related to contemporary political issues that will address many of the ground issues required by people because of the matters they hear in their daily lives. Thus, the study aims to track its terminology and divisions and how to properly work with it, to collect the rules and applications that fall under jurisprudence and fundamentalism, to highlight solutions after rejecting suspicions, to reveale their truth, and to show their impact on the individual and society. The importance of the study lies in its connection with the contemporary reality, revealing the facts of the schools of thoughts that have taken precautionary and facilitation work in paths that are not considered legally, and explaining their risks/ danger and corruption of their foundations. The study relies on the theoretical side by highlighting the concepts, authenticity and conditions and mentioning its sections, and on the practical side through the emerging contemporary political issues that fall under reserve and facilitation as well as on the analytical side by analysing its findings and problems and finding appropriate solutions. Finally, the inductive aspect by tracing the roots and texts and employing them in contemporary reality.The study concluded several important results including focusing on Islamic organizations and bodies by increasing their establishments as many as needed, while developing and activating their role through advice, guidance and counselling for the entire Islamic nation, while providing them with material and moral support. In addition to the importance of implementing its decisions in everything that affects the Shariah ,whether it is by strengthening or punishing, and entrusting them with the crucial issues that cause the nation to suffer from calamities and calamities instead of individual fatwas, and the Islamic community must remain coherent with its great scholars and not driven by emotions ,inclinations, or whims. The enemies of this nation are on the lookout as they want to take away its religion, civilization, and sanctities . |
