Description
Summary:This study aimed to explore the relationship between computerized educational games, motivation and educational engagement for basic education students, and to infer the level of implementation of computerized educational games in Palestine from the point of view of its teachers. The problem arose in the lack of use of computerized educational games and the lack of learning motivation for students and their educational involvement. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, by distributing a questionnaire on a random sample of the study population, which numbered 354 male and female teachers, from the community that represents all the teachers at public primary schools in the northern Palestinian governorates, which numbered 4737. To answer the questions of the study and verifying its hypotheses and objectives, the data was analyzed through exploratory factor analysis, correlation and linear regression analysis. The result indicated that, there is direct relationship between the development of motivation, educational engagement and computerized educational games. It was found that there is no fundamental difference between the arithmetic averages of the axes of motivation development, educational engagement, and computerized educational games according to gender, age, academic qualification, years of experience and specialization.
