This study aimed to determine the level of school leadership practices of school
students affiliated with the First Educational Council in the United Arab Emirates
from their point of view, and analyze the level of innovative culture practices among
students of schools affiliated with the First Educational Council in the United Arab
Emirates from their point of view, in addition to measure the correlation relationship
between school leadership and the consolidation of a culture of innovation among
students of schools affiliated to the First Educational Council in the United Arab
Emirates. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach
was used, and the study population consisted of all school principals affiliated with the
First Educational Council in the United Arab Emirates, which numbered (118)
principals, distributed over all schools of the First Educational Council, and due to the
researcher’s inability to reach all members of the community. In the study, a random
sample consisting of (71) school principals were selected as a sample. The
questionnaire tool was relied upon for its suitability to the nature of this study in terms
of effort and capabilities. The researcher relied on building it on theoretical literature
related to the subject, and statistical methods for data processing were determined. It
is expected that this study will reach several results, the most important of which is the
existence of a strong positive correlation between the role of school leadership in
consolidating a culture of innovation among school students affiliated with the First
Educational Council in the United Arab Emirates, where the role of leadership is not
limited to the school is only in the development of a forward-looking and creative
vision, but it goes beyond that in achieving this vision and working to transform it into
a regulatory environment. A water that stimulates innovation, thus contributing to the
consolidation of a culture of innovation among students, encouraging and nurturing
them. |
