| Summary: | The Role of Administrative Judiciary in the Development and Consolidation of administrative accountability in Omani Sultanate Law This study aims to identify the role of administrative judiciary body of the Oman Sultanate in the areas of development and strengthening of control including administrative accountability as one of the basic functions of modern management. This role is particularly important through its interaction with the principle of the need to adjust between jurisdiction and responsibility. The research problems focus on the issue of development of control and accountability of the administration in the law of the Sultanate of Oman. As such, it provides a clear reason for the need for attention to the entire legal system to develop this accountability control. The research methodology uses descriptive, inductive and deductive methods. This methodology is used to study accountability which is one of the frameworks of management philosophy. This is important to determine the extent to which those responsible in the public service perform their duties in accordance with the rules and conditions set by the law. This study found that the establishment of a special legal system of administrative accountability required the presence of several key pillars to the system. It is not necessary to question the accountability of third parties outside of the administrative environment for any administrative action. Public servants and their relationship with public administration management are one of the key aspects of accountability management. Management operating standards are one of the most important guidelines for public service workers when performing administrative tasks. Public service workers need to be dedicated in all administrative actions to reach the public interest target. The study also found that the administrative judiciary in the Sultanate of Oman played a creative role in the area of administrative accountability. This body is one of the most important factors contributing to the administration of administrative accountability. One of the key communications that empowers the judiciary of the judiciary in the Sultanate of Oman is the rules governing judicial administration: administrative management, sovereignty of action and administrative freedom that influence its decisions. |
