Summary:This study aims to explore the impact of the training and organizational culture on the crisis management at the Central Hospital of Tripoli.Whereas the model consisted of an external factor “training” ( independent variable) which represented by its major intervals (reaction assessment,behaviour assessment and verifying the organizational results assessment). The internal,factor of “crisis management” (dependent variable) is represented by managemen) methods, orientation shifting, mobilizing reserve, organizational tendency and organizational predictions as a mediator variable between training and crisis management. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method (quantitative). The overall research population was (565) with (413) validated questionnaires,besides using the technique of the structural formula modelling (SEM AMOS) to examine the hypothesis and the research objectives by manager departments heads and the units heads as respondents at the Central Hospital of Tripoli Libya.The findings highlighted that training and organizational culture have positive impact on crisis management by the organizational culture with an impact size superior to the direct effect. Based on the significant results, the researcher recommended to empower the role of training and enhance it by the managerial leadership experience in business to generate managerial capabilities in crisis confrontation and further indicates that organizational culture influenced crisis management.
