Asid valproik, ubat sawan berspektrum luas, telah dibuktikan berkesan dan mempunyai kesan sampingan yang rendah, tetapi kepentingan pemantauan kepekatannya dalam darah didapati kurang jelas. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk menentukan julat kepekatan berkaitan dengan keberkesanan dan kesan sampingan asid valproik dan faktor-faktor yang menentukan penyakit sawan dapat dikawal. |
