The adoption of PPPs to promote affordable housing in developing countries such as Yemen remains unknown. Bukti-bukti yang ada menunjukkan bahawa penggunaan sistem yang baru seperti perkongsian awam-swasta atau PPP mampu mengurangkan beban kewangan kerajaan dan pembangunan perkhidmatan awam.
