Piawaian sistem pengurusan berkualiti (quality management system - QMS) merupakan versi semakan bagi piawaian sistem kualiti (QS) edisi 1994. Piawaian ini meyatakan keperluan yang perlu dipatuhi oleh organisasi dalam melaksanakan sistem pengurusan kualiti. Bersesuaian dengan perkembangan semasa, piawaian-piawaian sistem kualiti disemak secara berkala untuk memastikan ianya selari dengan falsafah dan amalan pengurusan terkini.
