This study investigated the contribution and effect of burnout and self-concept on job satisfaction among nurses’ in Libya. The study also investigated the relationship between burnout, selfconcept and job satisfaction. Survey design using quantitative approach was used in the study. Two hundred and forty six (246) female nurses’ participated in the study; the participating nurses’ were randomly selected from two government hospitals in Libya.
