Mathematical Model Of Malaria Transmission: Dynamics And Optimal Control Of Plasmodium Knowlesi

Plasmodium Knowlesi is one of the species of intra-erythrocytic protozoa of the genus Plasmodium that infect both humans and macaques. This parasite is widespread in the South East Asia. Thus it is imperative to study this parasite and suggest control strategies using mathematical modeling approach. However, the research on mathematical models on Plasmodium knowlesi malaria dynamics is at an early stage. 2015-03 Thesis http://eprints.usm.my/30160/ phd doctoral Universiti Sains Malaysia Pusat Pengajian Sains Matematik
