Ketiadaan teori yang dipacu oleh pendekatan pedagogi dilaporkan dalam kebanyakan literatur sebagai penghalang bagi program seni yang berkualiti. Hal ini mendorong kepada pembangunan Model Pengajaran Bersepadu ICT (IITM). Sebanyak tujuh persoalan kajian dan tujuh hipotesis kajian telah dibentuk untuk mengkaji kesan model pengajaran ini terhadap pencapaian guru-guru pra-perkhidmatan. Pengaruh faktor moderator iaitu efikasi kendiri dalam penggunaan komputer juga dilihat bersama. The apparent lack of utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in teaching in Colleges of Education in Nigeria and the students’ poor performance in Graphic Design caused by poor methodological approach adopted by Graphic Art teacher educators necessitated this study. The absence of a theory driven pedagogical approach was reported in literature as the problem of quality art programmes. This led to the development of the ICT Integrated Teaching Model (IITM).
