Phytochemical screening of CSLE showed the presence of cardiac glycoside, flavanoid, polyphenol, saponin, tannin and terpenoid. These secondary metabolites might be contributed to the bioactivity of CSLE. The overall antioxidant research provides information that CSLE showed moderate antioxidant activity.
