Description
Summary:Drug resistance is remains as a major obstacle in breast cancer therapy. This has attracted considerable interest to overcome drug resistance with bioactive compounds. Free thymoquinone (TQ) has been extensively studied for its anticancer properties. In the clinical setting, its therapeutic potential has not been explored due to its volatile nature. Therefore, the study aimed to develop TQ polymeric nanoparticles and evaluate its effects on drug resistant breast cancer cells.
