In this project a model of flood monitoring system has been construct to represent the understanding of the basic concept of sub-systems that involve in real-time monitoring system. The monitoring system divides into three basic sub system, taking real-time data system, forecasting and processing the data system and warning system. This project use visual basic as the interface of the data forecast and data process.
