This study has chosen Plaza Angsana because there are reports related to crime cases and because it is the focus of local residents for shopping. The aspects studied are closed circuit cameras, access control, lighting and centralized control systems. In addition, Plaza Angsana security guards can communicate well however, visitors find that the security guards are not skilled and the number of guards is few and only placed in certain areas.
